Description
Soft Teel Vadi is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet made with roasted sesame seeds (teel) and jaggery (gul), gently cooked to create soft, melt-in-the-mouth squares. Unlike the crunchy variety, this version has a tender texture and a rich, nutty-sweet flavor. Commonly enjoyed during Makar Sankranti, it’s both wholesome and naturally sweet.
